Once more, Father, Your people in churches throughout the country use words that call for the sharing of testimonies of Your grace. Testimonies are the stories of how each unique person lives out what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ in everyday life. Testimonies are about relationships with God. Sharing our testimonies with those who lack hope is “other-centeredness”. Sharing our testimonies shows that we really do care about other people’s relationship with God.
I pray Your blessings on the ministries of The Life Church. I pray that the people of Towson MD who are brokenhearted and despairing of life connect with the love of Your people in this church. I pray that members of the congregation will be inspired to share their testimonies, even on the church website, so that their neighbors can find stories that resonate when they search for help online.
