Dear Father,
I thank You for the people of Oasis Community Church of El Paso TX.
Specifically, I thank You for two excerpts I found on their website:
Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us, to Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, for ever and ever! Amen. Ephesians 3:20-21
Father, You spoke to me as I read that verse on this church’s website. You can do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us, when we share our testimonies of Your grace with others! Father, if Your people will just share their testimonies across America, You can do far more with that than we can imagine.
The church also writes:
No one ever comes to Oasis Community Church feeling out of place. We meet people where they are in life and help to point them in the right direction, towards Christ.
Meeting people where they are. If someone in the community is a drug addict, may Your people who were former drug addicts share their testimonies with that person. If someone is going through intense grief, may Your people, who You have comforted in their time of intense grief, meet that person where they are – by sharing their story.
Father, I ask that You create testimonies at Oasis and encourage members of the congregation to share their testimonies on the church website.
