Father, I found this text on their website:
We are a community of normal people going through life together. We seek the Bible for answers on how to live life, and we encourage each other along the way. Grace San Diego is a safe place. God loves you and accepts you right where you are today, and so do we. You don’t have to try to get your life “in order” before you come or put on some fake smile and a fancy outfit. At Grace, we believe we are called by God to meet people where they are and help them find where they should go for a meaningful life that fulfills God’s plan for them.
Those words are wonderful, the reflections of Your heart! They also write:
Reach – Love for the people of the world – A people reaching the unchurched with the Gospel…
There are unchurched people in San Diego who are despairing of life. They are experiencing addiction, grief, depression, illness, financial crisis, and more. They hear about God but they don’t know that a real living God rescues people just like themselves from the kinds of adversities they are experiencing.
Father, I ask that You encourage the leadership of Grace Church to publish testimonies on their church website, front and center, testimonies that can be found by people in the San Diego area who are using search engines like Google, crying out for hope and answers. Lead people within the congregation to express their thanksgiving to You, loving the hurting people of the world, by telling Your stories of what You have done in people’s lives.
