Dear Father,

Over 10 years ago I considered taking my life.  As you know, I gave it enough consideration to lead me to a weekend stay in the hospital.

On Wednesday, September 10, I attended a vigil for the survivors of suicide, hosted by Survivors of Suicide (SOS).  The tears and sobbing of those left behind was certainly a reminder that I never want to consider taking my life again.  The pain of the surviving loved ones is awful.

We ask you for the following blessings on this charity:

  • You will help the leaders of SOS learn from their adversity and then enjoy victory over the adversities they face.
  • You will direct, empower, and resource SOS to help the leaders achieve excellence in what they do.

Kingdom Recovery Now

Thank you for giving Rich Mollica such a heart for those who are lost in addiction.  A former addict himself, Rich has launched Kingdom Recovery Now, with his wife Vickie, with the hope of giving hope to the addict who cannot live another hour.  Is goal is to have a nationwide call center for addicts who need immediate connection with local ministries.

Optimal Salesperson

Dear Father,

It has been a real pleasure to get to know Dan Caramanico!  He certainly is in the right line of work – sales training!

He believes that sales people can get all the typical sales training and learn all the right techniques — and still fail, if they have “hidden obstacles”, emotions that get in the way of their success.

This is so true for all of us in life!  We know the right things to do but in our insecurities we don’t do them!

Dan’s message, even though it is targeted at sales people, is so laser accurate for anyone who wants to accomplish anything to help someone.
